Nuxt 5 still has a long way to go, but early benchmarks on my fairly medium size app look very promising. Build time dropped from ~33.2s to ~17.8s. Take these numbers with a big grain of salt, since it is still in development, but let's hope we can push it even further.

I’ve published my first Vue RFC, proposing a parser-agnostic AST contract for Vue. The goal is to make it possible to replace `@babel/parser` with parsers such as Oxc or Yuku in the future 👀

So great to see the @voidzerodev team get more sustainable backing for their work. Big-company support for OSS can be a huge win for both maintainers and the ecosystem - Astro joining Cloudflare is a good recent example. Congrats!

I wonder if being late to AI tooling might actually be an advantage. You skip the messy first wave and start with better defaults — similar to how some countries ended up with cleaner digital banking because they didn’t have as much legacy infrastructure as the US.

Wrapped up Hack4Krak CTF 2026, the biggest in-person CTF for teenagers in Poland.
As technical lead, my favorite outcome is that the infra stayed boring: 17M+ requests in 30h, 450 rps peak, heavy bot traffic, and max backend CPU at 8% on a low-end ARM server.
Rust did its job.
Cloudflare reduced our traffic by over 89% during the Hack4Krak CTF. That is pretty impressive for a free plan

I know it’s still very alpha, but I’d love to see benchmarks vs bun install. Hope the gap is negligible so I can switch back to pnpm for some of my projects!

I was tired of `dotnet format` taking 1:30 on our mid-sized project, so I finally tried @useblacksmith after hearing people talk about it. Now formatting takes 16 seconds, and our full CI time dropped from 7:00 to 1:48 - all on the free tier.

A few years ago I was choosing between Vue and Svelte for a side project - both felt pretty similar in syntax and overall experience.
Looking back, I’m glad I went with Nuxt. Like Daniel mentioned, the community (and ecosystem) are on another level.

I knew Google Analytics was heavy, but not by this much (~150x decoded size). The gap vs privacy-first tools like @PlausibleHQ is pretty wild.

I was today years old when I discovered the @nuxt-evals benchmarks. Claude Opus 4.6 scores a 96% success rate, while GPT-5.4 (xhigh) sits at just 72%.
That’s surprisingly low. Still, LLMs are clearly getting better with Nuxt!
