We are announcing today the results of a major study of K Health’s AI Physician Mode study with Cedars Sinai. Published in the Annals of Internal Medicine. The bottom line is K’s AI has performed better than doctors in a whole host of acute complaints in real life primary care settings. This is based on 8 years of building our platform: real high quality data real AI co-pilot in medical care delivery real patient settings This is not a medical textbook comparison. These are real life patients. Study: acpjournals.org/doi/10.7326/…

Current generation of in editor code gen tools eg copilot etc definitely benefit from and improve the ergonomics of explicit types and repeated architectural patterns eg onion architecture

One of the best things I've ever done is give away 18GB of my reference pictures from all over the world for free. Totally free for studies, photo-bashing, professional work, etc. with no attribution required. Get it here: Reference.Pictures/Free-Mega…

Working full-time now to bring modern #animation tooling to @threejs Here is a short demo of the workflow for creating a typical character state machine. Hoping to share updates on the library and editor more regularly, right now it's still a lot of core work✌️ #webgamedev

Once the whole is divided, the parts need names. There are already enough names. One must know when to stop.

The problem with Uncle bob's clean code is that it leaves common sense as a exercise for the reader. I think about 75% of them are most useful as exercises that force you to learn a certain skill. But I find a lot of people who encounter the ideas take them as universally true

This mesh is built different 😅 Should be dense enough for baking in small cobblestones/rocks ect to the terrain. Stable 120fps + can easily be tuned for mobile devices #threejs

I got Ring Worlds(!!!) working just in time for #screenshotsaturday! You can make arbitrary ring worlds in #r3f and #threejs! either long and thin like a Halo ring, or a smaller rotating colony world like an O'Neil cylinder. w/ full space-to-ground LOD! 🚀 #HelloWorlds

Gotten a lot further with the terrain editing for my little city building game. Here I am adding some rock arches, using tools to add/remove rocks and smoothening the surface. I think I am done with the terrain editing for now. Next I will start working on buildings
