Our new paper in Acta Paediatrica: in 235 preterm babies on iNO, early and late hypoxaemic respiratory failure behave as two distinct diseases. Non-response means different things in each. Preterm HRF isn't one indication.

Doctors trained overseas are 2.5 times more likely to be referred to the medical regulator for malpractice.
It's totally insane that the NHS is prioritising overseas doctors over our most talented medical graduates.
It's a terrible deal for doctors and patients alike.
