"on lando's side specifically, we observe a deficit of power that we are investigating. it seems to be linked to some behaviour of the fuel injection, something that hopefully we, or the adaptive systems, should be able to improve for tomorrow.

the telemetry backs up what lando said and what stella later confirmed.
lando is losing out to oscar in certain straightline sections, and mclaren is seeing a specific power deficit on his side that appears to be linked to fuel injection behaviour and happens intermittently.

Oh so now Lando isnโt allowed to say when his car has issues?
He said that he pushed too hard in Q3 and made a mistake but heโs also had to deal with car issues which hasnโt helped- which is true and weโve seen all weekend.
So now apparently that means he is:
-Trying to create a sabotage narrative to the media
-Canโt admit when he makes a mistake (he literally admits he pushed too hard)
