Jefferson City politicians backed by gambling companies sold Missourians a bill of goods. Buried in the fine print were tax breaks for those same companies. Now Amendment 6 would make those breaks harder to change.
Those companies have already benefited from the deal. Passing Amendment 6 would give them another layer of protection, making it harder for Missouri to revisit the tax breaks they’re collecting. There’s no good reason to give them that advantage.
Missouri isn’t for sale. Vote NO on 6 and tell billionaires to keep their paws off our laws.

I got to speak last night at the Jefferson County Lincoln Days!
Here is me with our Attorney General and Secretary of State, two people whom I look up to. It was a great night and a fantastic event.
In my speech, I mentioned what I deal with as someone in media politics but also how grateful I am for my incredibly talented staff.
I am so thankful for the people God put in my life and I pray that He blesses them all

This is exactly why you read every contract before you sign it.
What looked like a paid content opportunity came with restrictions that went far beyond the content itself, including language affecting what I could say about the company and people connected to it moving forward.
The whole thing raised major red flags for me. What initially looked like a normal business deal started feeling a lot more like a trap.
