I can't say I disagree with any of this. I would say Horvat looks fine. Palms not so much
And that last PK was just gross..they played like they had 3 guys out there.

- Bottom four defense is a roller coaster and not the fun kind
- PK needs to be way more aggressive pursuing pucks
- Horvat line and Pageau line have been brutal
- Cizikas line with Palat and Maccelli rocks

- Schaefer has been playing hero ball because there's too many passengers

This ended up being accurate.
The last PK was atrocious. 44/92 I’ve been told are such great PK’ers they stood and watched their entire shift the Rangers built momentum and scored just after.
Have to change that system or it’s going to cost them more games.

Honestly I would choose Cizikas but I don’t think they do that.

If he and Eklund can play like this consistently in the short-term, it will allow DeBoer to pair Horvat and Barzal when he returns from injury. That adds a scoring balance that this team has missed more than we realize since Nelson’s departure.

Cal Ritchie is feeling it… every pass is tape-to-tape, he’s seeing the ice at a level he simply wasn’t at 5-on-5 last season.
Once again it’s early, there will be ups and downs, but it’s hard not to be super excited about his development.
