I won NAIC with Ice Rider! +500 CP It feels surreal to have qualified for my first worlds in such a dramatic fashion. This tournament has been life changing, and I feel lucky to have the opportunity to keep playing Pokemon this season at the World Championships 1/6

I’ve been thinking about how dominant the big 6 archetype has been since M-A. The five dominant mons are so consistent with any flex 6th. I think the team could be solved if people tried using a very intelligent gorilla who was born on the moon with his signature Tesla Cannons.

Finished ChampsPL with a record of 6-1 with my only loss being to activity. My team did make it to finals and lose. I did finish with the best VG record in the team tour with two VGC players per team.

I really enjoyed doing a team league w/ varied styles of play. sharing space with so many talented players and learning from their unique competitive perspective was very rewarding. I look forward to the next!

Pokemon bots are all anyone is talking about in the last week. Fun fact: I studied chess bots as part of my CS PhD program. So in today's video, I explain the details of these bots work and how I expect them to change VGC moving forward. The link is below! Check it out 👇👇

Made Top 16 at Louisville regionals with Neo Big 6! The team felt amazing in prep and awesome during the run. I think I could’ve played my top 16 better but I’m overall super happy with the run! Whims is THE GOAT and I’m looking forward to Vegas!

5-3 Louisville 2027 I played as well as I could have, but I don’t think the game wanted me to win today. Ty to the goat @mevlad552 for the team and matchup notes and @RikuVGC for running it last minute with me and completing the twinning 5-3 results

not to wade into the drama, but fwiw, every "teambuilding group" at least started as a group of friends who met at an event (local, regional, etc.), decided they liked each other and had fun talking about Pokemon together. It's really not more complicated than that.

I qualified for the invitational at the end of the season’s Smogon VGC circuit! It was a great way to stay consistent in VGC while I took it much easier last season. I recommend any player who wants to get better participate in it when it starts back up.
