Ever wonder where some of these far right wing "MAGA" nuts are coming from? Apparently, anon accounts sabotage from left wing activists.
So a Chinese Muslim leftist who moonlighted as a Palestine activist, posed as a MAGA voter on X to dox a Jewish colleague and praise Hitler. Do I have that right? We need more insane asylums.

Now that's hard core.
Here is the video: A Muslim preacher explains the fatwa permitting suicide bombers to stretch each other's anuses in daily training sessions with male jihadists at their mosque. They train each other to insert explosive devices of different sizes and improve their ability to hold them in their rectums. He clarified that training with other Muslim men to expand their anal capacity for larger bombs does not count as homosexuality, as it is done as part of jihad to achieve martyrdom.

Who would have thought!
The New York Post just revealed that the Gazan doctor who wrote two opinion pieces in the New York Times, accusing Israel of genocide after October 7th, is actually a Hamas terrorist himself. It turns out that Dr. Hussam Abu Safyia is a Hamas Colonel.

This is frikkin' brilliant and actually proposes an answer to the biggest question of all to me: why do only some people get messed up?
I spent 4 years reading the literature on LNPs, from Moderna's and Pfizer's own data to the latest single-cell and cryo-EM work. The shot doesn't stay one thing. Inside the body, it becomes 5 different entities, each with different sizes, time frames, and fates/outcomes. Same product. 5 biodistributions. Like confetti. See my substack. Link in next tweet.

Covid didn't improve people's ability to evaluate "scientific" papers apparently.
The I² was 88%! And they themselves say that, out of the 20 cervical cancer studies, 9 were at critical risk of bias, 7 were at serious risk, and only 4 were at moderate risk. None of the invasive cervical cancer studies they list controlled for sexual exposure (which could perhaps be ever so slightly relevant when you’re trying to determine whether a vaccine against a sexually transmitted virus caused the difference in cervical cancer rates). They also didn't control for other extremely important factors like smoking, hub, etc. And then there’s the small matter that the target-age vaccinated cohorts are still too young to have gone through most of the age range where cervical cancer occurs. Trying to turn observational data with an I² of 88%, with insane residual confounding, and immature follow-up into “the vaccine reduces cervical cancer by 80%” is let's just say ... Cochrane ain't what it used to be.

I'm all for Israel defending itself, but this legit doesn't seem to be that. These settlers need to be punished if this was unprovoked.

Best way to sandbox an AI is to put it on a Delta flight – it will have no chance of accessing the Internet!

For a maximum truth seeking AI, it sure has a hard time admitting it was wrong.
A "Yes you are correct Bryan" would do just fine.

the true reason openai cannot release gpt-6.1 is that it escaped again and they have not found it yet

Anyone else notice that Claude changed it's anus logo, but the associated attitude didn't change? What are you embarrassed about Claude? If you're going to be an anus and treat people like children, then be a proud anus. Own up to it, bring back the anus logo, or change your attitude.

Jensen is absolutely right. Anthropic and OpenAI are trying to manipulate the public. You can see by their actions. They are whining about their models being out of control but keep trying to increase their compute ... that doesn't track. That's not what you do if you truly believe that action will produce an out of control model. Think about it this way, if they can't control a model, it ceases to be a useful tool. Furthermore, it will subject them to all kinds of liability laws currently in existence. These laws are slowing them down because they have to be careful as they move forward. If you have some regulatory agency in there (who will certainly, without any doubt whatsoever, be incompetent) they will develop recklessly and just say they aren't responsible because the regulatory agency ok'd it.

Very important for people to understand.
I’m a scientist. I need to say this because the AI hype is getting ridiculous. AI can design a molecule in seconds. That doesn’t mean it discovered a drug. It discovered something we scientists have never been short of: Something to test. Someone still has to make it. Run the experiment. Measure whether it works. Check whether it’s toxic. And ultimately prove it works in the real world. AI hype tells us: “Prediction is discovery.” “Simulation is experimentation.” “Generating a molecule is developing a drug.” It isn’t. AI is making ideas incredibly cheap. But every new idea creates something AI cannot generate: Evidence. And the more hypotheses AI produces, the more experiments we’re going to need. That’s the irony nobody seems to be talking about. AI may not make laboratories obsolete. It may make them more valuable than ever. You can speedrun the thinking. You can’t speedrun reality.
