tl;dr: We've launched Atrium, a discovery platform for alt-ed.

Over the past few months, @karelvuong and I spoke with many parents and providers in the alt-ed space. Two problems we kept hearing:
1. Parents have increasingly more choice (and spend with ESAs) but limited discovery. They don't know where to look or how to validate options.
2. Providers have abysmal distribution channels, primarily relying on word-of-mouth.
Education is inherently human, yet good quality, human information sources are scarce. You're limited to parent group chats (if you know the right people), Facebook groups (😳), or just A/B testing with your kid.
Whether you're homeschooling or just looking to enrich your child's education, it can be overwhelming to know where to start. And with many families gaining access to ESAs, it has also become difficult to know what actually qualifies for funding.
So we built @exploreatrium, a discovery platform for schools, tools, and programs. Purpose-built for alternative education and homeschooling families.
We've thought a lot about trust to ensure all reviews on Atrium are posted by real people, not bots.
You can curate your "Education Stacks" to showcase what you're using, and explore how others are unbundling.
We're also currently in private beta for Atrium's parent concierge that offers families a white-glove experience to access a more personalized education and ESA support.
Atrium is being built as a side project and meant to be a public good for the alt-ed community. We'd love your support to build some awareness and leave reviews!
