Food for thought for those that believe all of Legion Baseball is “lesser competition.” At the Legion State Tournament, we saw many talented arms, and the starter we saw in the State Championship Game for @Post346 was up to 94 MPH sitting in the low 90s. We consistently saw and threw arms that were going to college in the fall or coming back from their freshman year of college! Legion Baseball allows you to play against older competition, as our younger teams routinely played against 16-17-18 year olds and our College Prep team played in a legit college league along with legion comp! This is across the board with legion teams in our area and playing older comp truly prepares you for Varsity and beyond baseball! We continue to strive to build our schedules to play as competitively as possible and against the best competition possible. Not to mention we do it for a fraction of the cost and for a fraction of the travel! No more hotel fees, way less gas money, max of 1 overnight trip per year! And if you move on to the Regional at the Senior level, Rooms are covered! We encourage you to come on out to a game and see for yourself before you believe the misinformation that is commonly heard!!
