From these past few days, I hope Hindus realize that they have one of the most beautiful religions in the world, and the real, true one. People who rejected it and converted thousands of years ago keep falling back to it.
From fashion to science (Ayurveda, which the West copies), Hindu practices, yoga, meditation, jewellery, dances and wellness. Hinduism has literally contributed to the culture of the entire humanity. You belong to one of the most influential cultures in the world; please recognize your worth.
Be proud of yourself, of your faith, of your culture, and of your ancestors. Your ancestors worked hard to continue and safeguard it. Now it’s your turn to gatekeep and promote it. The world wants to steal and digest it, but by erasing its origins. You cannot rely on the government forever; they don’t support you as well. You need to form communities, document your culture across media, and make Hindu media from dramas to movies to anime. Your stories and your clothing should be well known & ingrained in pysche of the world.
Forget the attitude of “there is no conversion to Hinduism.” There is. This is the oldest and one of the most beautiful religions out there. Your festivals are so cool that no culture compares to the joy they bring. Promote them; let people embrace Hinduism. Proselytizing should be the way. Hinduism reached the entire world through proselytizing, & promoting. speak up for your rights & your community.
Centralize, collect, and document each and everything of Hinduism before they erase it all. Otherwise, before your next generation can even breathe, they will steal everything from you and reduce Hinduism to caste, sati, and stereotypes. This is your culture, safeguard, gatekeep it. 𝗗𝗢𝗖𝗨𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧, everything!!. start getting into media, journalism, writing, academia. if you can't, start funding it. as you can see from the west, to china to your neighbors everyone wants a piece of your culture but by removing you.
Always remember: why would the world be so desperate to steal your culture? Because it is that beautiful and amazing. I hope you find confidence in your own faith.🙏
