How to make India a developed nation • Give priority to meritocracy. • Stop identifying people on the basis of caste. • Invest more in R&D, AI, robotics and technology. • Keep universities focused on education and research - no political activism. • Make every MP and MLA submit a report card of their five-year performance before elections. • Conduct regular inspections of IAS officers assets. If their wealth doesn’t match their known sources of income, investigate it. • Improve government schools and hospitals. • Make government recruitment transparent and corruption-free. • Stop wasting taxpayers money on freebies and statues just to win elections. • Enforce strict accountability for politicians and bureaucrats. • Focus on manufacturing, job creation and skill development. Implement these reforms over the next 5 years and India can make significant progress towards becoming a developed nation.
