No B7H3 expression analysis reported. However "no significant correlation between B7H3 membrane expression and the ORR was found" across different tumor types in their phase 1/b trial (nature.com/articles/s41591-0…). N=152.

Not surprising, @raffcolo. B7-H3 is widely expressed in the majority of tumor cells across multiple indications and is also prevalent in the stroma, especially vessels. Given its ubiquity, I wouldn’t assume a major correlation, as it is positive in nearly every tumor, unlike Nectin-4 and others.

Read my answer. It is also widely expressed in tumor stroma and vessels. It is not a tumor-only target, unlike TROP2, nectin4, etc. We assessed >300 cases from various indications. Distribution-wise, negative tumors are exceptionally rare. Some tumors are negative on the tumor cells, but only very few and still positive in stroma and vessels, as you see in the plot as well.
