Children who abuse and torture animals can never be redeemed to be part of society without severe intervention. The same is true for kids and youth who set fire or engage in arson. These are early indicators.
Pain and suffering have been normalised for them. I would shun them as kids and as adults. But that’s just me. Sometimes you just have to walk away and not everyone can be ‘saved’
