I lived in Bangkok, went to events, watched who was on stage, who was sponsoring, what people talked about. This chain? Silence. No dedicated meetups. No sponsors. Almost no projects standing on stage as Solana. It always felt strange: the network was already alive in the world, and in the city it barely existed. In this video Moe tells how the idea to build @SuperteamTH appeared. Where the impulse came from. What he noticed before others did. How empty space became a team the world is starting to recognize. Hello Builders,😊 #Colosseum dropped a full builder kit for Crypto World's Fair. One page, all tracks: @Solana, #Tempo, @ethereum , #Hyperliquid track: HyperCore, HyperEVM, #Arbitrum , #Base, #Zcash, #Robinhood Chain. Link: colosseum.com/worldsfair/res… If you are shipping before Oct 12, this is the stack that actually matters 💡 not a random GitHub dump. What a serious builder should lock in first 🤔 1. Pick the track, then use first-party docs Official quick start + core docs for that chain. Do not mix last-year tutorials with this season’s SDK. 2. Current client, not the legacy one On Solana that means @solana/kit (and knowing where old web3.js still leaks in). Same rule on EVM tracks: current viem / Foundry / official L2 SDKs, not copy-paste from 2023. 3. A real environment CLI + local repo. Browser playgrounds (Solana Playground, Remix-style tools) are fine for the first tx. Secrets and durable work leave the browser. 4. Wallet + onboarding before UI polish Phantom Connect, Privy, Wallet Standard / injected wallets. Decide custody and email-onboarding *before* you design the homepage. 5. RPC with a free prototype tier Kit lists Helius, RPC Fast, FluxRPC, Triton, QuickNode on Solana. Get a working endpoint on day one. Heavy methods and gRPC usually need a paid plan ,plan that. 6. Test at the right layer Fast in-process tests first (LiteSVM / Mollusk on Solana), then a local validator-compatible network (Surfpool). Security drills: signer, ownership, init, PDA/CPI failure modes. Same idea on EVM: unit tests, then fork tests. 7. Program path Anchor for most Solana programs; Pinocchio only if you have a reason. Codama for typed clients. On EVM tracks: Foundry + audited patterns, not a custom compiler adventure in week 2 8. Only add product rails you will demo Tokens / Token-2022 + ACL, payments, Blinks/Actions, mobile, games, agents, privacy. The kit has them. Judges reward a working product, not a checklist. 9. If you code with an agent Install the official skill so the model reads the same kit: npx skills add ColosseumOrg/colosseum-resources 10. Founder layer, not only code Company formation, US banking, USDC treasury (Stablecorp perks are in the kit). A hackathon winner with no entity still has homework. You need to understand one real problem, know who has it, and explain your idea simply. Keep it focused on one problem, one person, and one clear job. If a judge has to stop and figure out what you’re building, make it easier for them Talk to users from day one. Share the problem and your progress where it makes sense. Your next customer, collaborator, or co-founder might find you before the product is finished. Your one-liner can change. LYour positioning can change. You might even pivot in Week 3. That’s part of finding the clearest version of what you’re building 💡 And when you’re looking for a co-founder, don’t just find someone who agrees with everything.
