Nonbelievers, secularists, atheists, whatever they want to label themselves as, want Christians to stand up and stop being so soft. Yet when we do that, they get angry because our way of life doesn’t align very well with theirs. Honestly we’re not on the same side but we can work together where there is some overlap. Truly holding to Biblical principles will never be right or left, it’s a different path entirely. Can some people go overboard? Sure, but when we state our beliefs and want to encourage people to come it’s not an attack, it’s an invitation to come heal from the dark things in the world.
