CCD is a slaughter house not a crime control unit. Whether one is arrested in a raid, surrenders voluntarily and publicly or is extradited from a foreign country via Interpol all end up dead while in custody of CCD.
The license to kill has been given by @MaryamNSharif who not only sanctions CCD actions but celebrates the terror they have instilled in citizens. She along with CCD incharge is directly responsible for all these extra judicial murders.
In any civilized country with rule of law the CM would be facing trial. However, things won't always remain the same. They never do. These dead bodies will haunt her for the rest of her political career.
