You’ll notice right away the additional tape applied by @FedEx Someone used a narrower tape across the Topps applied piece they cut and retaped the cut tape. Topps shipping doesn’t tape across. Pic 1: FedEx re-tape. Pic 2: Topps tape from same shipment. This shipment was 3 cases. The first 2 cases arrived without issue on Monday. The 3rd case in question arrived 2 days later. Tracking shows it spent the entire weekend in Hutchins TX, whereas the other 2 did not. (Pics 3 & 4)
