Got some big news - I wrote a book called The Longview Longshot! 📕
After three years of extensive research and over 100 interviews, I couldn't be more excited to help share @BigMike6ten Michael McDonald's amazing story.
More details to come, but drops Friday, Nov. 27! 🗓️
2026 G League champion Liam McNeeley was in the starting lineup for the @hornets and produced a TEAM-HIGH 14 PTS on 4/6 3PT! 🎯

Grayson Allen after watching last night's game film:
"Some really good moments of sharing the ball, the effort was there. Obviously, we gave up too many points. So, cleaning up some of the defensive stuff, getting better contests, a little more physical on and off the ball."
On the value of having a full preseason game of film:
"It's much different when you're seeing concepts and stuff that you want to do be put into a game, the flow of a live game. Just talking through some of that stuff is good for us going forward."
Notable positives from the Hornets' loss last night - closed 1st half strong, despite limited depth. Shot 44% from 3P (16/36) and got to the line a good amount (18/26)
Struggles: only 22 PITP on 33% shooting, 25 TOV for 31 Nets PTS, -4 on the glass, gave up 25 fast-break PTS
Charles Lee said he saw some good stuff in the 1st half but in the 2nd half, "that's not who we want to be, no matter who's on the floor."
Brooklyn took the 2nd half, 68-38
Hornets drop their preseason opener, 124-90, to the Nets. McNeeley 14 PTS (all in Q3), Reid/Allen each with 13 PTS.
Charlotte's lack of depth turned the game in Q3, finished with just 22 paint points and 25 TOV.
Brooklyn takes Q3, 36-21, and leads 92-73 heading into Q4.
Hornets emptied their already thin bench for good midway through the frame and Nets have pulled away.
Team high 14 points for @liammcneeley30 with all of his scoring coming in the 3rd quarter!
McNeeley has made 4 3's in the first 8 minutes of the 2nd half!
@hornets down 76-68 in the 3rd
Hornets weather Brooklyn's 18-3 Q2 run, enter halftime trailing, 56-52. Allen 13 PTS on 4/6 (3/3 from 3P), Reid 13 on 3/9 (6/7 at the line).
Charlotte is +7 in FTA (13-6), although -4 on the glass (19-15). Both teams still shooting very well from deep (combined 21/40)
