Cory Booker's amendment implements restrictions on coaches that mirror the bill's athlete limitations, sources tell @YahooSports: (1) requiring them to sit a season for 2nd job move; (2) subjecting their NIL deals to NIL Go; (3) salary cap of $5M; (4) buyout cap of 1 year salary.

Somehow only the second time I've had to do this.

I wanna see Saban and Sanders's Aflac disclosures in NIL Go. The salary cap will be too easy to get around, but the buyout cap would save millions. Of course the lack of a buyout cap is just the result of the lack of any institutional will in coach's contract negotiations.

He wasn’t serious though with the sit out rule. After 5 years it should have reset. The fact it didn’t might have been why it failed.

Your $25 is just a bit less than the amounts that bought all the senators who just voted for this bill.

I’m amazed at how seriously this amendment is being taken. I absolutely believe this is being done to illustrate the unfairness of the bill.

While they’re at it, add an amendment for term limits and salary / benefit freezes for Congress.
