I honestly think the vast majority of people that see this think it’s just AI and disregard it
Turns out the future does have flying cars

Gravitation pulls for your entire stack… They’re choosing to go after business in general, on par with Anthropic, which will be interesting to watch. I strongly believe niche players will triumph over the next five years, not the generalists, although the successful generalists are getting all the funding
Introducing Glass. AI made every employee faster. Glass makes the entire company smarter.

I am so entertained. Either of you that builds the @column for brokerages and you all win my love for competition
Corporate credit cards should give cashback and It should be 100% clear what you get in 2026. I find it sad that fintechs are still playing this arbitrage game. Ramp used to pay 1.5% cashback but now often pays less than 1%. Even though interchange rates are >2.5%. To access higher cashback, you have to have more spend and negotiate with sales people which no entrepreneur wants to waste their time on.

Shots fired. Banking is under the most intense transformation seen since FDIC (imo). Can’t wait to see who emerges as the @column for brokerages. Tokenization should accelerate the race.
There should be no distinction between "checking" and "savings" accounts in 2026 I find it sad that fintechs are still playing this arbitrage game. Mercury pays 0% on checking accounts. EFFR is 3.88%. they hide this in the product (does not show 0% anywhere). to access yield, you have to click accounts, add account, create account, click savings, click create account. and then move money there. Column that powers Mercury banking doesn't even distinguish between savings and checking docs.column.com/api/bank-acc…

Pretty incredible progress. Wild to me to hear people talk about certain models as they’ll always be the leader and betting their entire company on them. Can’t wait to see what leaderboards look like in 12 months. Building model-agnostic is the only path I can see as viable.
Introducing Muse Wonder, our new family of frontier models with state of the art performance for personal and professional agentic work.

Token prices keep falling and GPU rental prices keep rising Intelligence gets cheaper, usage goes up, and a model ends up in every piece of software
TypeSafe AI's Diogo Almeida on why Jev is called Jev, and what cheap intelligence finally changes about software: "It's wild that AI is so cool and software has been unchanged in 10 years... The most we can do is add a little chatbot in the side sometimes that can take actions, but not all actions." "TypeSafe is making AI for software. We want to make AI powerful, not just for humans in the loop, but to actually build real software." "It's about the laziness to spend 10 hours to do the five-minute task instantly and to never have to do it again. It should be an ROI decision for people who automate stuff. I would just like it to be automatable." "I think that people will just make new kinds of work, hence the Jev in Jevons. New kinds of work once that stuff is doable." "As we have lots of intelligence at lots of different cost and speed trade-offs, the super systems-y types will be making trade-offs. Jev's gonna be 1000x too smart for them. They just want an approximate guess to optimistically route here and there." Martin Casado: "The good news is we get to rebuild systems again. We have a new primitive. It's kind of a new way of thinking about doing software." @CompleteSkeptic @typesafeai @bhorowitz @martin_casado

If Amazon gets Wal-marred this next decade, will be wild to watch
Amazon banning agents is the first opportunity I've seen since Amazon was founded for a startup to create an Amazon competitor. People will want agents to buy stuff for them. It will be one of the main use cases. And they won't want to use some Amazon-supplied agent to do it.

Browsers definitely aren’t the future, but they are the present. Seems insane to block this kind of activity from your customers if the user is clearly just using your system and not simply scraping to build a competitor.
Wonder who else is going to cancel costar?

Great chart to reflect back on how tough 2022 was for asset managers in equities and bonds. 2023 wasn’t a walk in the park either. I’ll take today’s environment over either any day.
Correlation between 10y yield and S&P 500 remains deeply negative (stronger inverse correlation when yields have fallen)

Exciting news for us! Not with one of the custodians we currently support? Let’s talk. We’re working to expand access so independent RIAs can bring their clients the best possible service, wherever their assets are held.
Helmsted is now a Schwab third-party data recipient. RIAs at Schwab get balances, positions, transactions and cost basis in Helmsted daily. Axos is live, DST Vision (SS&C) in progress. On another custodian? We'll work with you to get it added. blog.helmsted.ai/news/schwab…

This is a really great idea. Good job
Today we’re launching America.gov, a single front door to the federal government. Instead of opening a bunch of tabs across different agency sites and trying to figure out which information actually matters to you, you can ask America a question and get the relevant answer from across 29,000+ official government websites, with the source and what to do next.

AI is getting cheaper more quickly than any other transformative tech in history. At a given level of performance, cost has fallen ~47%/quarter since 2023. That’s 4× faster than DNA sequencing, 6× faster than compute, 18× faster than lithium batteries, and (up to 1973) 54× faster than electricity.
