We estimate about 430 GWh of #lithium ion #battery inventory for H1 2026:
① Around 130–140 GWh is tied to the inventory of #electricvehicle over the past two months. Add another batch of stockpiled batteries, and total inventory comes to roughly 180–200 GWh.
② Massive #LFP #battery production over the past six months, with #energystorage holding 130 GWh+.
③ Current six-month inventory isn’t particularly large for battery manufacturers, about 10%.
