One thing I like about @Zeccatnft is that it doesn’t pretend every NFT mechanic on Zcash has to be “private.” Ownership is transparent by design, tracked through the carrier history on t1 addresses. The interesting part is how the rest of the system is built around that reality: separate payment and NFT vault addresses, carrier-aware transfers, seller-approved trades, and atomic settlement. Better UX doesn’t come from hiding the constraints. It comes from designing around them.
Most NFT projects start with the collection and bolt the marketplace on later. @Zeccatnft is taking the opposite approach on Zcash. Each ZecCat moves through a 546-zatoshi carrier, payments and NFT custody use separate addresses, mint delivery + payment settle atomically, and secondary trades stay seller-approved instead of handing custody to the marketplace. What interests me here isn’t just 3,333 pixel cats. It’s the attempt to design the entire NFT flow around how Zcash actually works, rather than importing EVM marketplace assumptions and changing the logo.

That's a great observation about Zecca's transparent ownership model.
