An important thing I learned as a DevRel is how to take photos. You can get really far just knowing a couple things. A thread of photos 101 for devrels:
Last, the rule of thirds. The important parts of the photo should be roughly along the grid lines below - 1/3 or 2/3 of the photo. It looks more natural and balanced than having the subject be centered!
Addendum: think about what you want to capture. I focus on faces - moments of human connection, emotion. I hope to show that our events are more than just a "tech company event" and a real place for community!
I went to the Grok Bot x Notion event last night. Main takeway: Grok Bot's mental model is a work team. Each agent has a role - PM, EM, engineers, design, chief of staff....
@NotionHQ functions as a database to store information for bots to reference. Demo was a Notion doc of skills, contributed by (human) teammates, that anyone could import into their Grok Bot. Cool!
