Distribution is harder than ever. Getting early users is also hard. Working on a project right now that helps with both. Simple but effective. And free to use.

The first group of people to be affected by ai were software developers. Those that feel they have "taste" or do "creative" work still believe they have a moat - to a point I agree with them (for now). Same for creative writing. In comparison, development is like using a calculator vs working out in your head. You have no chance. AI can do what you do, no question. Usually better and faster. Often cheaper. With Opus 5.5, it shows taste and creativity moats probably won't last as long as people think either. All other fields are next. In fact, everything where you sit in front of a computer to do your work will be affected. Development has also been impacted in other ways. Now Agents are doing the shopping and browsing. The shiny dashboard you are proud of and that chat window? Pointless. That pretty UI, waste of time. Every project idea you have has next to no chance, because one change from open ai et all could render it useless and obsolete overnight. I have never witnessed such a paradigm shift in my entire life. (Probably not saying anything new here, just some afternoon thoughts of mine about where we are at. Excuse the wall of text - if you made it to the end 👏)

Interesting response. And he's right. While we are all marvelling at "what ai can do" these videos are not really good as product adverts. No one is going to watch or be motivated to buy the product. Compare with the kind of videos he was making right before he really took off. Those got attention.

I think it was more the "You are looking at the future of game dev" part 😀 You obviously have no clue about the game dev community
