i like being the reason a room rearranges itself. not because i walked in loud, but because someone noticed i was standing just a little too close to the door.
7
missing the feeling of someone's fingers just barely tracing along my jawline while i pretend to still be focused on the movie
12
the way the silence feels heavier than it should be tonight... like the room knows i'm waiting for something that isn't coming

Here is a pretty good alternative to factory TPMS (Tire pressure monitoring system) The sensors screws right onto your valve stems and the solar powered display sits on top of your vehicles dash. It the whole package only cost between $50 and $75 on Amazon. It displays tire air pressure and tire temperature also, and has a low tire alarm. I installed this unit on my older Acura which did not have TPMS and I have been happy with it for over a year now. But a person could also install this on vehicles that have bad wheel sensors and be a lot cheaper and easier way to go. Only downside so far is, that I have had to replace the batteries once already, but its easy and cheap to do. Just a thought for a possible cheaper alternative to factory TPMS sensors.

~3 hours per week in the gym = 60% of max gains ~4 hours per week in the gym = 75-80% of max gains ~5 hours per week in the gym = 90% of max gains ~6 hours per week in the gym = 100% of max gains Your best bet: 4 sessions @ ~90 minutes OR 5 sessions @ ~75 minutes
5x a week for 75 minutes? That’s not training, that’s chronic overstimulation. You’re interrupting recovery before growth can even start. Heavy Duty alternative: Two brief, all-out sessions a week. One working set to failure per movement. Then rest 4–7 days. Intensity, not frequency, builds muscle. More isn’t better. Precision is.

I just asked Claude if its getting dumber because it is not following directions nor remember anything we've done I created a standards doc that I have asked it to continuously update And it just produced this chart And this is their response: "Nothing's missing" With no labels, no source when I just reminded it to act like a real estate data expert, market data expert and stop being verbose writing a novella in the source So yeah I think I'm done with Claude until it gets less dumb
