I do all three on a 24GB M2 MacBook Air with a 2TB SSD. Video editing is fairly simple though, nothing with crazy complex timelines.

If you ask me ... you have recurring revenue and a validated product and market fit. Meaning you can scale.
If you do only post scheduling it is a really saturated market.
The cost of the video is not your problem. This os called direct cost - it scales with the number of users in this case looks high but this is the unit economics.
Your client should pay if he gets the results (paying 200 monthly but returns 1000 for example).
Your only job is to share testimonials and 1 line case studies (sharing the growth journey of your and your customers' apps because of your saas).
And give them a guarantee to lift the ir concerns.

That is a good view but users get me wrong sometimes. They are expecting a guaranteed result on social media😄
For example my automation is simple reaction video + app demo but if you post directly to Tiktok it will shadowban as we all know. The user complain about it even there is a information alert shows "we suggest you to draft instead of direct posting"
What I’m thinking about is whether I can pivot the positioning of this project.
For instance, it would be a social media scheduling tool but I’d enhance it with automation like sending notifications about key interactions (such as comments) to the user via Telegram if they’ve connected it or allowing them to manage things directly from Telegram or a ChatGPT/Claude app

Thanks! Yea it’s a little passion projects since nobody builds games for Mac and I want to play.
It’s a bit hard to make it beautiful and still load fast/play smooth on mobile though.
