Part 1 of 2, Release in next tweet.
August 13, 2026, at 5:13 p.m., I stopped at the local
@McDonalds on my way home after taking my mom to the hospital for a broken hip. I used my handy-dandy brand-new
@XMoney card โ the one with the fifteen dollars
@elonmusk gave me, thank you Elon โ to buy a McChicken and fries.
Halfway through the McChicken I bit down on something very, very hard. It looks like it could be very hard plastic, glass, or something, but we hit it with a hammer several times and it does not break, so it is not bone or cartilage. The material is not easily breakable. It was in the middle of the sandwich.
I contacted corporate. They passed it off to the local McDonaldโs. I do not believe the local store should be the ones handling a foreign object in my food. The local store contacted their insurance. A really nice insurance lady talked to me and offered me one hundred dollars. This is what she emailed me. It is the weirdest release I have ever seen.
Before I sign it, I have been documenting this with my doctors. I have two more appointments, including one with the local health department. I have to do this before signing because of the confidentiality clause.
I redacted names. I really believe corporate should do something about this. I believe this came from the manufacturing or supply process.
