How it all started
So, a lot of you know me for advocating for safe EV charging, and always following best practices when installing your home EV charging equipment.
But for transparency and full disclosure, I should admit that even I didn't always get it right.
I was reminded by Facebook today that 17 years ago this week, I failed the inspection of my first home EVSE installation because, and get this - it wasn't safety certified! 🤣

Nice round numbers are really satisfying for my OCD!
Thanks to everyone who watched, subscribed, commented (even the critical comments), etc.
After covering the EV industry with written content for many years, I never planned or expected to do video, and I would have never continued if you all didn't engage and inspire me to always try to do better!

It's @Rivian R2 charging time! I'm ripping along at almost 230 kW and mapping out the full charging curves from 10% to 80% and also from 0% to 100%
I'll have the 10 to 80 up on @stateofcharge by the end of the week.
Spoiler: It beat Rivian's promised charging time. Love it when they underpromise and over deliver!
