If you need to make an announcement that your GM is back two years straight it’s probably not a good indication that they should be back…

On this historic season, from ESPN Research:
The Colts are the first team in NFL history to be 6 games over .500 at one point of the season and finish with a losing record (8-9).

Colts finish the szn 8-9
End the year on a 7 game losing streak
Their last win wasn’t even in the United States
The defense is abysmal, Steichen did what he could with the offense
Do the right thing, @cirsay & @KalenIJackson, #FireBallard tomorrow
A season to forget ✌🏽

Fire Chris Ballard and Shane Steichen!
This is a monumental failure and they’ve proven time and time again that they aren’t the guys for the job!
November 23rd - 99% chance to make the playoffs
December 27th - eliminated from playoff contention with 2 games left to play
One of the biggest collapses in NFL history.
