Donald Trump’s remarks were dangerous — if not treasonous — putting a target on two of our biggest cities and one of America’s largest naval hubs. I am directing the State Threat Assessment Center to actively monitor the situation in the event that foreign actors interpret the President’s remarks as an invitation to target California.

This is a terrible answer, because many of these poeple have WON protection against removal to their home countries due to persecution or torture. So what Homan is saying is "accept being persecuted or tortured in your home country or we'll send you to a third country instead."
Tom Homan, President Trump’s border czar, said people in the U.S. illegally can avoid being sent to “third countries” in Africa and other places around the world by self-deporting to their home countries. “There’s your quick answer. If you self-deport … you're 100% likely to go to your home country,” Homan told CBS News’ @camiloreports. This past week, the Supreme Court allowed the Trump administration to continue its third-country deportation effort.
