Why go cute there only needing one yard??? The trick play to Ryan Wingo goes for negative yards and Ohio State will have one last chance before the half to add to their lead.

Twenty-five years ago, I was a principal. The 1st bell had rung, I was walking the hallway with our superintendent when my secretary came running toward us: planes had hit the Twin Towers. We kept our students in class as we found a live feed from New York and watched the tragedy unfold. I will never forget that morning or the courage, sacrifice, and unity that followed. 25 years later, we remember the lives lost, honor the heroes, and keep their families in our hearts. #September11 #NeverForget

Leadership requires both persistence and perspective. Admiral Michelle Howard’s words are a powerful reminder: keep moving forward through challenges, but never lose sight of the people our leadership is meant to serve. I share a few thoughts in my latest Substack. 👇 daveplymale.substack.com/p/l… #LeadershipMatters #FitLeaders #Leadership

I ranked all 138 FBS game-day experiences. Not the best teams. Not the biggest stadiums. The best overall Saturday. Atmosphere. Tailgating. Traditions. College town. Student section. Food. Scenery. The whole experience. Your school too high or too low? 👇 #cfb

“They need to be as a part of this process too.” In this episode of The Rural Scoop, Amon encourages rural leaders to begin by recognizing the strengths already present within their communities. By mapping local assets and building relationships with community colleges, hospitals, businesses, and other organizations, schools can create partnerships that benefit everyone involved. Amon explains that meaningful collaboration starts with a conversation. Reaching out to community leaders and asking, "What could be possible?" can open the door to innovative opportunities for students while strengthening the entire community. After all, today's students are tomorrow's workforce, healthcare professionals, business owners, and civic leaders. Hosted by Dr. Melissa Sadorf, Executive Director of the National Rural Education Association (NREA), this conversation highlights how intentional partnerships can create lasting opportunities for students and rural communities alike. Listen in to hear why the best investments in the future often begin with a simple conversation. - YouTube: youtube.com/watch?v=TqW2RTmq… - Spotify: open.spotify.com/episode/5BQ… #TheRuralScoop #RuralEducation #EducationLeadership #CommunityPartnerships #StudentSuccess #RuralCommunities #NREA #Podcast

Leadership growth works a lot like building strength. If we keep doing the same things, the same way, we eventually stop growing. Challenge yourself a little more. Try something new. Take on a difficult conversation. Learn a new skill. Raise the standard. Small, intentional challenges, repeated consistently, create growth. Don’t get comfortable. Keep growing. Keep leading. #Leadership #GrowthMindset #TuesdayThoughts
