Guys, seriously, think twice before flying @Delta. I paid an extra $100 to check a brand-new piece of luggage with fragile contents. The whole check-in procedure took almost TWO HOURS because I had to wait for the supervisor and repeatedly explain why the contents were fragile and needed to be handled with care. They assured me they’d take care of it. Then I arrived and got this back. Completely destroyed, inside and out. It honestly looks like someone played soccer with my luggage. Two hours explaining it.
