I took one of my students from $0 → $117,000 in 90 days with Ecommerce.
If I had to start again and chase $100,000 in the next 90 days, this is EXACTLY what I’d do:
Step 1: Find a HIGH-DEMAND, SATURATED product
Yes, saturated.
Competition = market validation.
I want a product that:
→ Is already doing serious volume
→ Has multiple competitors actively running ads
→ Solves a clear problem or creates strong desire
→ Has healthy margins
→ Can be marketed from 10+ different angles
I don’t want to create demand.
I want to enter a market where demand already exists and execute better.
Step 2: Build an OFFER, not just a website
Let’s say the product sells for $89.99.
Don’t just list it for $89.99 and hope people buy.
Build a value stack around it:
Main Product — $89.99
FREE accessory — $24.99 value
FREE complementary product — $19.99 value
FREE digital guide — $14.99 value
FREE insured shipping — $9.99 value
Total perceived value: $159.95
Today: $89.99
Now the customer isn’t comparing one $89.99 product against another.
They’re comparing the entire OFFER.
Then make the website ridiculously easy to buy from:
→ Emotional headline above the fold
→ Clear problem → solution messaging
→ Benefits, not boring specifications
→ UGC
→ Reviews
→ Comparison charts
→ FAQs that destroy objections
→ Strong guarantee
→ Fast checkout
→ Multiple payment options
Step 3: Use AI to build a CREATIVE MACHINE
This is where I’d go crazy with Nano Banana Pro.
Take ONE product and create completely different marketing angles.
Example: Titanium Cutting Board
Angle 1: Replace old plastic chopping boards
Angle 2: Premium kitchen upgrade
Angle 3: Easier to clean
Angle 4: Doesn’t absorb odours like some traditional boards
Angle 5: Built to last for years
Angle 6: Minimalist luxury kitchen aesthetic
Angle 7: Gift for someone who loves cooking
Angle 8: Stop constantly replacing cheap cutting boards
Angle 9: Cleaner-feeling food prep setup
Angle 10: Premium alternative to wood and plastic
Same product.
Completely different reason to buy.
Then use AI to create multiple:
→ Static image concepts
→ Headlines
→ Hooks
→ Visual styles
→ Problem-aware angles
→ Desire-based angles
→ Comparison creatives
→ Lifestyle creatives
You’re not just testing ads.
You’re testing psychology.
Step 4: Launch, find winners, then SCALE
Launch your creatives.
Kill what clearly isn’t resonating.
When you find a winner, don’t move on too quickly.
Duplicate the winning concept and create 5-10 variations around:
→ The same hook
→ The same angle
→ The same headline
→ The same offer
→ The same format
Winners should be ITERATED, not abandoned.
Then once it works in your main market, start testing those winners internationally.
UK.
Germany.
France.
Netherlands.
Sweden.
Denmark.
Switzerland.
A creative that’s getting tired in one market could have millions of fresh eyeballs somewhere else.
Step 5: MAXIMISE AOV
Most people obsess over getting cheaper customers.
I’d also obsess over making every customer worth more.
Add:
→ Quantity breaks
→ Bundles
→ Cart upsells
→ Order bumps
→ One-click post-purchase upsells
→ Complementary products
→ Shipping protection
→ Free-shipping thresholds
If you increase AOV from:
$89.99 → $109.99
and do 1,500 orders…
That’s an extra $30,000 in revenue from the same customer volume.
AOV is one of the fastest ways to make paid ads more scalable.
Step 6: Track PROFIT every single day
Install Triple Whale.
Every morning I want to know:
Revenue
– Ad spend
– COGS
– Shipping
– Payment fees
– Refunds
– App costs
= ACTUAL PROFIT
Your Shopify revenue screenshot means nothing if the business isn’t profitable.
Revenue is dopamine.
Profit is reality.
The entire game is:
Validated product → strong offer → AI creative volume → find winners → iterate → scale → expand countries → increase AOV → track profit
That’s the exact framework I’d use.
