How to buy a Ferrari with Ecommerce: Step 1: Find a boring product. Stop looking for the next revolutionary invention. Go where people already spend money: → Homeware → Kitchenware → Organisation → Problem-solving household products Look for products with proven demand that have TERRIBLE marketing. Step 2: Find the angle. The product isn’t usually the opportunity. The marketing is. Ask yourself: “Can I make this product look 10x better than everyone else selling it?” If yes, keep digging. Step 3: Use AI to build your static ads. You don’t need a $5,000 photoshoot anymore. Take clean supplier/product images and use AI to create: → Before & afters → Problem/solution ads → Lifestyle images → Comparison ads → Review-style creatives → Different rooms/environments → Different customer avatars Make 20–30 variations around 5 completely different concepts. Don’t just change the headline and call it a new creative. Step 4: Launch FAST. Don’t spend 3 months building the “perfect brand.” Clean Shopify store. Strong offer. Good PDP. 10–20 creatives. Launch. Let customers tell you if you’re right. Step 5: Find what converts. Your first goal isn’t profit. It’s DATA. Which angle gets clicks? Which creative gets purchases? Which offer converts? Who is actually buying? Once you find something working, make 10 more variations of THAT. Step 6: Turn the winner into a brand. Better packaging. Custom content. UGC. Email/SMS. Bundles. Upsells. Faster fulfilment. Repeat customers. Now you’re building an asset instead of chasing random products. Step 7: Scale. $1k/day → $3k/day → $5k/day → $10k/day. Keep feeding the machine new creatives and improving the economics. Don’t buy the Ferrari after your first $100k month. Build something that can buy the Ferrari… and still have enough cash left to keep scaling.

I launched a brand new store yesterday and the first batch of ads is already off to a VERY strong start: → $0.45 CPC → $2.91 CPA → 5.08% CTR → 46.23 ROAS Here’s exactly what I did: 1. Picked a product with a MASSIVE TAM. I want products that millions of people could realistically buy — not something limited to one tiny niche. 2. Went after Europe instead of blindly targeting the US. Everyone fights over the Big 4. Europe can give you significantly cheaper traffic while still having millions of potential customers. 3. Made the problem + solution obvious in five seconds. See the ad → understand the problem → understand why the product fixes it. Simple sells. 4. Built a strong offer BEFORE running traffic. Bundles. Quantity breaks. Free gifts where relevant. Increase perceived value AND AOV. 5. Made simple creatives at scale. One product. One benefit. One strong headline. One CTA. Then use ChatGPT to create 10+ variations of each promising concept. 6. Let the DATA decide what gets scaled. Launch → find cheap clicks → watch conversions → cut losers → create more variations of winners. To summarise: Massive TAM + strong offer + cheaper markets + relentless creative testing. And yes — this is only Day 1. These numbers will obviously normalise as spend increases. But for a store I built yesterday? It’s off to a very strong start.

New student is already closing in on $1k days. It took us ONE week. And the funniest part? He’s selling one of the most boring, evergreen products you could imagine. -> No crazy trend. -> No viral TikTok product. -> No “next big thing.” Here’s exactly what we did: First, we gave ourselves 3 days to find a product with: → Proven, consistent demand → Strong margins → Multiple ad angles → A clear problem it solves → Creatives we knew we could improve Then we built the entire store around ONE product and ONE customer. - No 20-product general store. - No spending weeks perfecting a logo. - No obsessing over tiny website details. Then we focused on what actually moves the needle: Creative. We developed 4 completely different marketing angles and created multiple ads around each. 1. Different hooks. 2. Different visuals. 3. Different messaging. Same boring product. We launched, cut the obvious losers quickly and pushed budget toward the angles getting traction. Now he’s closing in on $1,000/day after his first week. You don’t always need to find the next viral product. Sometimes the biggest opportunity is taking a product people have bought for YEARS… And simply marketing it better than everyone else. Comment “WINNER” if you want me to teach you. I’m changing lives out here fr…

The products most likely to buy you a Ferrari 488 Pista are the ones you’d be embarrassed to tell your friends you sell. Everyone wants the “next big thing.” Fuck that. I’d rather sell the most BORING product imaginable to an evergreen market. Here’s exactly how: Step 1: Find a problem that will NEVER disappear Bad breath. Neck pain. Dirty houses. Pet hair. Yellow teeth. Bad sleep. Kitchen mess. Uncomfortable underwear. None of these are exciting. That’s exactly why I like them. People had these problems 10 years ago. They’ll have them 10 years from now. Step 2: Find the boring solution Water flosser. Orthopaedic pillow. Electric scrubber. Lint remover. Storage organiser. Dog bed. You don’t need some revolutionary AI-powered gadget from the year 2050. You need something that WORKS. Step 3: Make the MARKETING exciting This is where the money is made. Don’t sell: “Ergonomic pillow.” Sell: “Stop waking up with a neck that feels 40 years older than you.” Don’t sell: “Water flosser.” Sell: “Get the confidence to smile without thinking about your teeth.” Same product. Different emotion. Step 4: Attack it from 10 different angles One boring product can have: 10 avatars. 10 problems. 10 desires. 10 hooks. 10 reasons to buy. Suddenly you don’t have one ad. You have hundreds of possible creatives. Step 5: Build an actual BRAND Better offer. Better website. Bundles. Upsells. Email/SMS. Subscriptions where possible. Repeat purchases. New products for the same customer. Now you’re not dropshipping a random product. You’re building an asset. Step 6: SCALE THE BORING SHIT $500/day → $1k/day → $5k/day → $10k+/day. Keep producing creatives. Keep finding angles. Keep improving conversion. Keep increasing AOV. Meanwhile everyone else is refreshing TikTok looking for the next “untapped winner.” Your boring product is still printing. Trendy products can make you money for a month. Evergreen problems can make you money for YEARS. Boring product. Painful problem. Exciting marketing. Evergreen demand. That’s the formula. And eventually… The boring shit buys you the exciting shit.

Just launched winning ads right out of the gate again. This is possible because I’m relying on a simple system instead of luck. Once you have a system that’s proven, it’s literally repeatable across any niche. If you’d like full access to this system Reply with “META” to enter in a giveaway. I’ll choose 3 people to personally mentor for 7 days and scale their store using this system for completely free. Must be following/have DM’s open. 24 hours only

“Do image ads and advertorials really work?” The simple answer is yes. Old school sales letters PRINTED and were delivered in the mail because that’s how people got their news. These days, it’s all on social media. You hit these folks with a striking picture of something related to their issue or desired goal on their feed, then lead them to one of these letters. It’s all the same principle. Just delivered in a different way. Gotta love the basics.

After years of building businesses, I realised something. Success isn’t usually about finding the “perfect” strategy. It’s about training your mind to think differently. 99% of people lose before they even start because they have the wrong mental framework. These are the 3 perspectives that changed everything for me: 1. Ruthless Optimism. Every successful entrepreneur gets rejected. Ads fail. Products flop. People laugh at your ideas. Optimists don’t ignore reality they simply choose to believe there’s a way through it. History is full of people who were told “it’ll never work” until it did. Most people quit after the first setback. The winners ask, “What’s the lesson?” and keep moving. 2. Turn Frustration into Fuel. The most dangerous person isn’t the smartest. It’s the one who’s tired of staying where they are. Every setback gives you two choices: Feel sorry for yourself… or make sure it never happens again. Imagine two people getting fired on the same day. One spends the next year blaming the economy. The other builds a business because they refuse to let someone else control their future. Same event. Completely different outcome. Your frustration can either destroy you or become the engine that changes your life. 3. Listen More Than You Talk. Your ego is expensive. Every person knows something you don’t. The fastest way to grow is to stop trying to prove you’re the smartest person in the room and start asking better questions. The entrepreneurs who compound wealth for decades are usually the ones constantly learning not constantly talking. Success leaves clues. Your job is to pay attention. Master these three perspectives, and you’ll give yourself a far better chance of succeeding than most people ever will.

While everyone is obsessed with UGC, AI characters, wacky and silly viral editing… I’m using image ads and advertorials to rip $20k/days. It’s genuinely rinse and repeat. Whip something up in Canva, lead it to a big ol block of text, and boom.

I ran 3 static ad tests this week. One ad hit a 15.00 ROAS and the other 2 hovered around a 3.00 ROAS. This unlocked a major breakthrough on how I create these ads and how to make it a repeatable process. If you'd like to see how this process works and how you can implement it in your brand... Like + reply "TEST" and I'll send it over. Must be following/have DM's open.

This little trick increased my conversion rate by 2% When your advertorials + product pages create excitement, some customers need an extra little push to get them to purchase. This is an extremely subtle way to create that urgency.

99% of beginners overcomplicate ecommerce. Here’s how my student went from $0 to $300 in sales in just 48 hours… - No UGC - No expensive video editors - No influencers Instead, we: -> Found competitors with Facebook ads that had been running for months (a strong sign they were profitable) -> Used ChatGPT to break down the winning angle and rewrite it into our own copy -> Created static image ads -> Launched 48 hours later: $300 in sales. The biggest mistake beginners make is trying to reinvent the wheel. The fastest way to win is to model what’s already working, make it better, and execute.

Using a high CTR format for my static ads is completely game changing. I always hear that this could lead to “just clicks” instead of sales. I agree with this but to a point. There’s indirect ways to show that you’re selling something. The photo of the actual static can have your product it in. Or you can just say it in the ad too. If im selling a pillow, my headline can push the benefit but my ad can have a pillow in it or someone holding it. Or we can state that the fix is because if the pillow as well. Just test and see what works for you.

Want a winning static ad format? Go to the highest profile count in terms of impressions and see how they edit their photos. (It’ll be pages like TMZ, Magazine, etc) Take their format and use it to make your image ads. Also, take inspiration from their headlines. These people know how to steal others attention. Do what they do but sprinkle your own direct response into it and it’s game over.

Finding winning products is extremely easy when you know how to tap into buyers psychology. All you need to do is look at products, check off a criteria list, pick the one that’s the easiest to test and dive into who’s buying it right now. This shouldn’t take more than 25 minutes. Matter of fact I recorded a video of me finding products I’d personally test. But I’ll give it out to someone else who wants to get some quick wins. If you want it, reply with “prod” and I’ll DM you. Must be following/have DM’s open. 24 hours only.

The next steps are simple. Click on the dropshipping ads and check the traffic on their store. If the product fits the criteria and there's a decent amount of traffic (150,000+/month), you can add the product to a spreadsheet for further qualifying.

Once you found something (remember this doesn't need to be perfect) go to Meta Ads Library and search for the product directly or some of the pain-point/buzz word that the Amazon seller is using. You will find a lot of stores selling directly in the niche, to the pain-pain, the exact product or something similar. The goal of this is just to find products that are selling well on Meta.

1. Go to Amazon Best Sellers and choose your niche of choice. The products you see aren't the ones you will sell just yet. The goal of this is to get ideas flowing. Pick on something that follows the product research criteria I posted a few days ago.

I have a 13 ROAS on a static ad. It's literally clock work at this point. Process goes as followed: - Whip an ad up in Canva - Create an advert and product page for each concept - Launch using the layout below - Read the data and dial in on what's cooking That's all there is to it.

Quick little case study: Just shy of $10,000 🤝 In all honesty, we had to scale back massively due to some issues. But the good news is we have a solid plan ahead of us. - Relaunch what we had before - Launch a concept test along side this - Go where the numbers tell us After that, it’s refine and repeat. But for now it’s just a simple game of execution.

My current stack while traveling with the family:  - Wake up from Shopify notifications  - Slug some coffee  - 1-2 hours on the Mac  - Explore with my parents  - Try local food  - Quick evening call with the team  - Lights out early  Wouldn't trade this for anything.

Once I scaled this massage pillow to $250k/month.  I can guarantee you’ve seen this somewhere. Maybe you’ve tried to sell it or something similar but couldn’t get it right. While everyone else was selling pain relief (which competes against instant pain killing pills by the way)  I sold the feeling of a deep massage that digs into stubborn knots and loosens tight muscles after a long day.  Two completely different products in the eyes of the customer.  One competes with a $5 bottle of Advil.  The other sells the “ahhhhhh yes” type of experience.

If someone asked me “what gave you your ecom breakthrough” I wouldn’t say it was from some untapped strategy or method.. It was from having a deep understanding of business fundamentals. - Psychology behind persuasion - Direct response principles - Copywriting.. For some reason most people think they need to find that secret silver bullet that will bring breakthroughs. When in reality you just need to understand what makes a person pull out their wallet and buy whatever it is you’re selling.

The next time you test a product, launch some image ads and follow this funnel. (and mute your notifications because your sales will explode) Funnel layout: High dopamine static ad -> Advert -> Product page. We've all seen this. It's not new what so ever. But why this funnel? We can tap into a bigger audience rather than pinching and poking for the 3% of "most aware" audiences. But instead of selling the product, you have to sell the "fix to their problem" and disguise it as the "ultra mega super cool discovery" that can help them. You do this on the ad level. After that, lead them to the lander and then the product page. Here's an example of the hook and image for the "ultra mega super cool discovery" type of ad: "Top Sleep Expert Reveals the Real Reason You're Still Tired After 7–8 Hours of Sleep And How To Fix It"

Fuck you money isn’t buying a Ferrari. It’s spending $200,000 on a trip without thinking twice. First class flights. Business class flights. Luxury hotels and resorts. Private transfers. The best restaurants. Experiences you’ll remember for the rest of your life. A few years ago, spending a few hundred dollars on a holiday would’ve stressed me out. Now I realise the real flex isn’t the money. It’s the freedom. The freedom to go wherever you want. Stay wherever you want. Fly however you want. And never have to ask yourself, “Can I afford this?” That’s what fuck you money means to me.

If you want to make millions with ecommerce, start selling high-value products. Here’s why. Imagine two stores both spend $50 to acquire a customer. Store A sells a $40 product. Store B sells a $200 product. Even if both have healthy margins, Store B has far more room to absorb ad costs, make a profit, reinvest into growth, hire better people, improve the customer experience, and outbid competitors. That’s why you’ll often see brands selling mattresses, furniture, premium fitness equipment, luxury pet products, or high-end kitchen appliances scaling much faster than brands relying on $20 impulse buys. Higher average order value doesn’t automatically mean higher profit—but it gives you a much larger margin for error and a much stronger foundation to scale. Most people obsess over finding a “winning product.” I’d spend more time looking for a category where each customer is worth significantly more. It’s one of the biggest leverage points in ecommerce.

I was on call with a guy who’d been struggling with ecom for 2 years. I found that he was taking advice from so many sources and watching hundreds of YT vids. This led him down the trial and error rabbit hole and he never tried to build some sort of system from what he learned. All he needed was something to follow each time he launched a store. A process that had full focus on the things that mattered at the initial stages. And that’s what finally moved the needle for him.

I launched these campaigns 48 hours ago. Every single ad inside them is a static image generated entirely with ChatGPT. And they’re outperforming a lot of the “professional” creatives I’ve tested lately. I even had ChatGPT generate the ads in different languages for different countries automatically. Germany, France, Italy, Spain etc. If you want ChatGPT to generate high converting ecommerce image ads, use this prompt 👇🏼 “You are a world-class DTC creative strategist managing multiple 8 and 9 figure ecommerce brands. You understand direct response marketing, consumer psychology, emotional triggers, and what makes people stop scrolling on Meta. Using the attached product image, create a premium, minimal, conversion-focused static image ad that highlights the customer’s biggest frustration or desire. Do NOT change, redesign, or modify the product image in any way. Target audience: The ad should include one short but powerful headline that immediately grabs attention and feels highly relatable. The creative should look clean, premium, native to Facebook/Instagram feeds, and optimized for conversions. Also generate localized versions of the ad in the native language of the target country while keeping the design and branding premium.”

Strong day today for some of my relatively new campaigns. Ads are performing very well across Europe right now. Spending $500/day per campaign for reference. One thing most people completely ignore: Your ad environment matters just as much as the product itself. If your target audience is: -> Women aged 20-28 -> Summer product -> Fun/travel/aesthetic vibe Why are you filming the ad in a dark bedroom? Your creative should match the lifestyle your customer wants. Film: -> Near pools -> Beaches -> Cafes -> Parks -> Summer lighting People do not just buy products. They buy emotions, environments and lifestyles. This is why UGC filmed in the RIGHT environment destroys polished studio ads most of the time. The product should feel naturally part of their dream life. Do not sell: -> Winter vibes in summer -> Luxury products in cheap environments -> Fitness products with low energy creators -> Girly products with masculine branding Everything must match psychologically. The best marketers understand this.

1:1 Client Win 🚨 Daryl started with me just 4 weeks ago. He has 2 kids, works a full-time 9-5 job, and had ZERO experience in Ecommerce. Most people would use that as an excuse not to start. He decided to give it a shot anyway. Fast forward 4 weeks later… He’s now doing $4,000 DAYS. Just following the same simple system I teach all my clients step-by-step and taking action consistently. This is why I always say: You do not need to be a genius to win in Ecommerce. You just need the right product, the right strategy, and consistency.
