This is correct. You can’t take a Big12 roster & win immediately in B10.
You need to hire a @JMUFootball coach & have him bring his roster of Dukes to the Big10 & THEN you can win instantly.
Penn State will be fine in the long term. Short term learning, you can't Big 12 roster your way to wins in the Big Ten against the better teams. The level of play is significantly different
