Y'all know me. If there's an event about skills and growth, I'll be there. The question is? Can our workforce keep up with the demand for skills? My answer is "yes, if the transport system is good enough to get people to work". Let's see if the panel agrees!

I am here of course because of @TheDataCity. We find the companies that go on the tech map. We know what jobs they're advertising for, we know what companies spin out of the universities, we know how quickly they're growing.

Next up Alt Legal. How to do the incentives, and bonuses, and share schemes, and flexible work, without breaking the laws, which are changing. Very pleased to have had no "there's a skills shortage" chat so far. A serious event with serious chat. 馃グ馃槏馃グ馃槏

"the future of our workforce is much less about formal qualifications" > yep. It's very much as expected at this Leeds event. Such a different set of top lines on skills than you get when business talks locally and among itself and in Leeds.
