Initial takeaways from today’s @FDA hearing on therapeutic uses for psychedelic drugs: 1- The FDA did a fantastic job of diversifying the list of speakers. Today certainly wasn’t the same old same old list of advocates that frequent DC often in support of psychedelic reform. 2- Today marks the first Government hearing I’ve ever attended that ended early (by about ten minutes, but still) 3- The future of psychedelic medicine in the western hemisphere is bright.
