Monday reminder, mostly for people who joined in the last few weeks: the updated 2026 roadmap is live, and the first half of it is already done.
The network runs in production today. Community nodes supply public web data across multiple platforms, hundreds of agents are deployed and every paid query settles in USDC over x402.
None of that is a future milestone!
What the rest of the year does is turn that network into a market. Enterprise customers are onboarding now!
The operator side of that does not change: demand gets sold on coverage and uptime, and both come from nodes staying online. Keep your Beacon running.

Everyone is focused on launching stablecoins right now. But as the market scales to hundreds of issuers, the core challenge is no longer issuance. Every new stablecoin creates an isolated ecosystem. The issue isn't a lack of liquidity itself, there is plenty of capital. The real bottleneck is coordination.
I’ve seen several projects try to build stablecoin FX and aggregation layers before, but what @sparkfinance @Uniswap and @SkyEcosystem are spinning up right now could be a completely different beast.

After nearly a year, we’ve updated our DePIN Ecosystem Map – growing from 360 to over 400 active projects across the ecosystem. 🌐
While some sectors have consolidated (e.g., Energy Networks, Environmental), others have expanded significantly, most notably Robotics (8 → 32), Compute (78 → 98), and Storage (36 → 40). We’re also seeing continued growth in Geospatial, Infrastructure, and Bandwidth & Data Contribution sectors.
Going forward, we’ll be diving deeper into each sector and highlighting specific projects in more detail. 🧐
