He literally answered your question. Xbox preorders are breaking records, and their internal analysis says Xbox's share of GTA VI preorders is matching its share of the console market. So yes, PS5 will have more total preorders when it has a substantially larger install base. That's not Xbox "having a problem"; that's basic fucking denominator math.
