Remember him?
Do you know that OKEY IGWE, the senior AHANNA in the RATTLESNAKE 1995 Movie. He was not supposed to be on the Rattlesnake Movie. He was preparing to travel to USA when He walked in on his Sister-in-law Amaka Igwe, who was panicing because the actor who was meant to play AHANNA is not available. Okey Igwe then offered to play the role and that is how He came a Star. Okey Igwe however still proceeded to travel abroad afterwards which explains his immediate disappearance after the movie. Rattlesnake sold 4million copies upon release. Also Contrary to popular belief that Amaka Igwe was his Sister, Amaka Igwe was infact his Brother's Wife at the time and He was living with them.

Today, I visited Isaac Newton’s birthplace at Woolsthorpe Manor in England. This was where Newton did some of his most important work, developing his ideas on gravity, calculus, and optics. The famous apple tree still stands behind me, and right in front of me, an apple from that very tree fell. Newton made these breakthroughs during a period when Cambridge University was closed because of the Great Plague, forcing him to return home to Woolsthorpe. That period became one of the most remarkable chapters in the history of science. My focus on this journey is to understand, from first principles, how civilization was built. how ideas, discoveries, institutions, and individuals transformed human society. I will also be visiting Albert Einstein’s birthplace in Ulm, Germany. The journey continues.

I am bemused and intrigued by the asymetrical attacks on and trolling of @PeterObi from agents of the government of his home state and mine. The timing and purpose of this legerdemain is also quite curious. My concern is that the ploy is contrived to distract. Mr Obi is running to be president of Nigeria, not president of his home state. Also, @PeterObi has been constitutionally out of office for a dozen years; he cannot ever constitutionally run again as a governor; he is constitutionally one administration removed from the present administration. If the immediate past administration, which suceeded the Obi Administration directly, with all its bluster and "no cash" and "near cash" ploy, failed in "tarring and feathering" Mr Obi, I really wonder about the essence of the present campaign, beyond mischief. I appreciate that this is the political season. But perhaps, those who like me, feel compelled to wade into the fray in defense of @PeterObi, should just serve his traducers with cold meals of silence and thus deny them the fealty-affirming publicity oxygen they so much crave.

Celebrating My Eldest Brother at 75 Today, 30th August 2026, I celebrate my eldest brother, Dominic Ositadimma Obi, who turns 75. I celebrate him not merely because he is my elder brother or because of his age, but because he is an exemplary human being. When I was Governor of Anambra State for eight years, he never came to my office or the Governor’s Lodge for a day seeking favours, as many might have expected. He is a planner and contractor who builds homes for people, yet not once did he ask me for a government contract. Whenever we met, he would warmly embrace me and tell me that he was fine. He would then solemnly remind me to keep doing what I promised the people and never bring a bad name to the family and my community. He would tell me that whatever difficulties he was going through, many others were worse off, and that I should do my best for society. I later came to understand that this was not peculiar to him alone. My family members had actually held a meeting and resolved that none of them would take advantage of my position as Governor. They decided that whatever good name I was building for the Obi family and Agulu must be protected. The same principle extended to my children. Today, at 75, my beloved brother remains deeply concerned about Nigeria. Whenever we speak, he is full of prayers and good wishes. He constantly reminds me that if I have the opportunity to serve Nigeria, I should do so with honesty, integrity, and the interest of the people at heart. Brother Dom, I thank God for the gift of your life and for the example you have set for our family. Your integrity, humility, contentment, and sense of responsibility are qualities worthy of celebration. May God Almighty, who has graciously been with you all these years, grant you good health, His abundant grace, and blessings. Happy 75th birthday, my dearest brother. -PO

Crazy stuff
The more of this Napal videos I see, the more disheartening it gets. How sophisticated are human technologies? How prepared are we if God decides to fight us with nature? Can they ever recover from this?

It's time PO stopped granting interviews to every Tom and Harry podcast, all in the name of being accessible. He should look at his rivals and count how many times they've granted interviews to anybody, even state owned media houses. Nigeria will be OK✌️

Stevie Wonder the American was there too. This was from the aftermath of the February 18, 1977 raid on Fela’s Kalakuta Republic at 14 Agege Motor Road: What happened: Over 1000 soldiers were sent under the Obasanjo military government. Real reason: The Military Government was tired of Kalakuta being an independent commune, recording studio, clinic, and Fela’s base for political protest. The soldiers burnt down the whole compound. Fela’s mother, Madam Funmilayo Ransome-Kuti who was in her 70s, was thrown from a 2nd floor window. She died from those injuries a year later. Fela himself was beaten so badly he was in hospital for weeks. The article posted is from the Anya Tribunal, set up to investigate the violence during that February 1977 crisis. Madam Efenarhua in this newspaper clipping was a housewife living nearby. Soldiers demanded kerosene, she said she didn’t use it for cooking, and they flogged her. The tribunal heard dozens of similar stories. People were beaten, stripped naked, and robbed. The line “taken naked to the Abalti Barracks” shows how indiscriminate it was. Fela turned the destruction into music: “Unknown Soldier”, he claimed it was an “unknown soldier” who burnt Kalakuta. That raid is one of the darkest moments in Nigerian music and political history. It’s why Fela became even more radical after 1977.

These Police Officers just parked me at Bolade, Oshodi, pointed guns at me, and forced me to transfer N100,000 them. When my bank app showed "exceeded transfer limit", they dragged me to a nearby POS to do it with my card. They initially demanded 150k each. They were 4 in number. These are the names I could copy: Francis Adekunle 2087495551 Kuda Friday Ikpe 9136237110 Okay This is the phone number of the notorious Officer Friday Ikpe 09136237110. I got it from his opay @PoliceNG @BenHundeyin @Princemoye1 Please my mutuals, if you see this on your TL, help repost or tag other relevant authorities until these criminals are apprehended.
