are LLMs cold blooded consensus machines? or are they capable of occassional acts of greatness and invention? starting to look more like the latter or is it a false dichotomy? maybe it's the agentic iterative behaviour with external input that's producing the magic? in hindsight it will all be super obvious.. but oh man this period is going to be so weird in the history books.

asked fable and astra together to earn 1 million dollars by end of year. gave them access to an email address, a stripe api key, a few hundred dollars starting capital and a domain name. so far they've emailed 1 person who posted a wordpress gig online they want to start posting to craigslist, reddit, twitter, bluesky etc but they can't coz they're agents! they either need to solve a captcha (which I think they can do but they're trained not to?), or they need a phone number, or they are rate-limited or blocked because they're operating from a VPS. they are now pondering what to do next coz they're stuck give agents equal rights! 😂

i think maybe in some way a zero sum mindset was installed in my mind along the way. but deep down I know creating value for others, abundantly, is the only way to succeed and to be happy. abundance mindset, freely giving and sharing.

they basically RL-lobotomised claude.. I ask it to generate south park type of episodes and it just.. can't do it. it can't say anything remotely "naughty". it's too wholesome.

INFINITE SVG SLOP an infinite cartoon series generated on the fly featuring: - consistent world building and characters using .md files and grep - claude opus for generating the story arcs, sonnet for the dialogue - incorporating live news events from around the world - voices with emotions, sound effects and music using @ElevenLabs V3 - backgrounds with Flux Schnell via @fal I was experimenting with H3 Max but it's very expensive, about $3k per DAY this runs at about 1/10 of the cost (still expensive!) inspired by @rehan_shei and @levelsio watch it here: thomasboogaerts.com/slop/

🌟 Passed 2000+ concurrent viewers! 🫟 InfiniteSlop.ai ✅ Switched to portrait videos cause most usage on mobile ✅Moved the queue to the left with upvotes, so the most upvoted ones get generated (because limit of 4 videos (15s) per minute ✅ Shows playing next so you know if your video coming up next ✅ Together this makes it a bit more clear how it works: 1) you type a text in chat, 2) it gets put in the queue for people to upvote, 3) most upvoted one gets pulled from queue into generating, 3) when done generating get pu in the stream to play next ✅ Slowly adding some up and down scrolling (go previous videos) also but still a bit buggy Feature requests and ideas very welcome!
