The Government may have reined in some of its worst parts of the Family Farm Tax, but the threats to family farms across the Scottish Borders remains. Even Labour’s own MP for Penrith and Solway says the policy should be scrapped completely. Farmers need certainty that they can pass on a sustainable business to the next generation. The new Prime Minister should therefore listen to his own MPs and scrap the Family Farm Tax in full. I will continue to stand up for our Farmers in Westminster.🌾🇬🇧

Today Reform sought to end Bradford Council’s ‘City of Sanctuary’ migration farce. It was defeated by one vote. The Tories didn’t back it. Some even voted against it. Shameful.

Lubna Speitan, the Green Party activist who co-sponsored the “Zionism is racism” motion and is a close friend of an al-Qaeda terrorist, called for synagogues to be “surrounded.” That followed her demand that Zionists (Jews) be “hunted” worldwide. This is incitement. Arrest her.

British Jews deserve safety and solidarity. Intolerance is not welcome in the Scottish Parliament.
