Life happiness tip:
I bought some really fun thank you cards that I love. Like, 50 of them, maybe more. And have gotten into the habit of writing them out for even little things. The practice of gratitude and acknowledgement really does provide a mood boost.

But it's also just nice to tell people when they've done something that's really meaningful to you! It's such an easy way to spread the love. You get a boost by reflecting on your gratitude during the writing. Then the receiver gets a boost when they read it.

I'm teaching a class at Binghamton about UAP and other anomalous phenomena. It's full, which has never happened for my summer classes before, and it doesn't start for a month! People are SO interested in this topic, and excited to take it seriously. UAP as "fringe" is a myth.
