They’re coffee sucks. Plus there’s no charm at all in a Starbucks. Local cafes ftw 🙌

Starbucks has definitely fallen off. I think the main reasons are: -Coffee is not that great -Waiting time to get anything is ridiculous -Used to offer great pastries and sandwiches about 15yrs ago. -It’s over priced The end!

Ah the two right next to each other and the third one down the road from me will certainly miss the 4th one being built less than a mile away from the others.

Where will I go to buy overpriced burnt coffee, and share the restroom with a homeless man who is bathing in the sink now?

Nice. You wasted a shit load of money building stores just to close them when you could’ve just paid existing employees more.

Excellent Starbucks has horrible coffee and drains wallets. Support local coffee shops!

good. Maybe starbucks should go back to selling coffee and espresso rather than the sugar shit they pander. Also, hire normal people. Take note.

Good! They are moving their corporate functions to India. Let them move their stores there also. Good luck getting clean water for coffee.

Starbucks has sucked for a long time now. Find a great local coffee grind your own beans. Pick a bougie way to make your coffee, drink it.

They opened two Starbucks within 1 mile of my house. McDonald’s and Chipotle also have 2 locations within 1 mile of my house and if you stretch to 2 miles there’s 4 McDonald’s. We don’t need this many locations 🤦‍♂️

Maybe flying the CEO private 3 times a week from Newport Beach to Seattle while Americans struggle to pay gas wasn't such a good idea.

Starbucks is closing HUNDREDS of cafes across North America, per WSJ... The $8 coffee era is over. When the biggest coffee chain on earth starts shrinking, the consumer is telling you something LOUD 😂 BEARISH for the market when the consumer is screaming! $SPY $VOO

Starbucks' book hasn't been in a good place for a while now. Shareholders are sitting on negative equity. Get out of this stock while you still can. $SBUX

I am not invested bit this is an interesting development. I wonder what the reasons are... To be fair to get a venti vanilla shot latte nowadays costs about £6.00. Can you imagine the people doing that daily? That would be a coffee subscription of £6.00x30= £180 a month!! 😱

Buy and brew your own. Then buy a tumbler that keeps it hot for 12 hours.

The stock was already telling this story. Starbucks is nearly 10% under its 50-day and about 15% off its high. Closures usually follow a chart like that, they don't come before it.

It is obvious that many people will never be able to retire because they will have to work until they can work no longer. When they lose their jobs, they fall into despair and start blaming the rich for their misfortunes. Take your financial education seriously
