Incredible to visit Israel last week & pray at the Western Wall. Anyone of ANY faith can pray at the Western Wall, the holiest site in Judaism. Prior to the 1967 Six Day War access was restricted while now anyone of any faith can visit. As a Christian, I’m grateful that the IDF protects some of Christianity’s holiest sites, including the Church of the Holy Sepulchre, the site of Christ’s crucifixion and Resurrection. Reports suggest he traveled through Argentina and is expected to arrive in the U.S. within hours, although his whereabouts remain unconfirmed. 🚨BREAKING: The woman punched in the face at Trump’s Youngstown rally has filed a report seeking to press charges, and the Mahoning County Sheriff’s Office is now investigating three men. The woman was wearing a “Release the Epstein Files” shirt when she started shouting during the Oct. 12 rally at the Covelli Centre. Videos show three Trump supporters going after her, and at least one punched her in the face and pulled her hair, The Vindicator reports. Others can be seen restraining her as she was attacked. Deputies removed her. The Trump supporters were permitted to stay. Trump stopped speaking, then said: “He’s a paid protester. They’re all paid.” He misidentified her gender and made fun of her weight. No evidence has been offered that she was paid. According to Newsweek, she told The New York Times that no organization coordinated or financed her appearance and (surprise) ordinary citizens can want powerful p*dophiles held accountable. No arrests were made that night. Sheriff Jerry Greene said deputies didn’t see the assault and she hadn’t filed a report. His office then found her through social media and her if she would like to press charges. She said yes. As of Oct. 21, the sheriff said he’d identified three men, two from the area and one from New Jersey. The two area men want lawyers present for their interviews. Separately, a man named Russell Dickert bragged that he and “a friend” named Gary his son Clint “subdued her and threw her to the concrete.” Dickert’s LinkedIn, located by Reich-Wing Watch, happened to list his residence in New Jersey. Police haven’t disclosed the identify of the three suspects they identified. Prosecutor Lynn Maro said her office’s information indicates a misdemeanor assault, though Greene said the woman’s injuries could change that. The woman has been identified as Blake Miley, 29. She’s represented by civil rights attorney Subodh Chandra. Whether to charge anyone is up to prosecutors.

A high school girl in Mexico just won a gold medal for putting out fires with a speaker. It plays one deep, low hum and the flames die in about 5 seconds. DARPA tried the same idea back in 2012 with a rig so big and clunky they never took it any further, and hers runs on a 12-volt battery and a speaker she can carry around. Sound is just air being pushed back and forth. A low note at 30 hertz means the air around the flame is flipping direction 30 times every second. Flames only exist in a thin layer where fuel vapor mixes with oxygen. Shake that layer hard enough and it keeps getting stretched thinner, the heat gets pulled away faster than the flame can make more, and eventually the flame rips right off the fuel. Whatever tears off is too cool to keep burning, so it just goes out. DARPA's report put a number on how little it takes. Once the air at the flame is moving about half a meter per second, which is barely a breeze, the flame goes out, and pretty much any pitch can get there if you crank the power high enough. Low notes just get you there way cheaper, because a speaker moves a lot more air on each push when the pitch is low. Two engineering students at George Mason figured this out by trial and error in 2015. They started with super high pitches, 20,000 to 30,000 hertz, and all the flames did was shiver. It only worked once they dropped down to 30 to 60 hertz, which is basically the bass on a hip-hop track. Ángela Karime's build is a 12-volt battery, a frequency generator, an amplifier and a speaker, tuned to 30 hertz. She named it Vortex Tech and talks about it shooting out little rings of air, and that's real physics. When loud, low sound gets pushed through a narrow opening, the air curls up into rings like a smoke ring, and those rings carry a puff of air way farther than the sound would get on its own. In her tests it put out small flames from about 2 meters away. She went through five prototypes and over 100 tests in about a year, and she says it's put out burning wood, flammable liquids, electronics and cooking oil. The cooking oil one is a big deal. Throw water on a grease fire and it flashes into steam and flings burning oil all over your kitchen, which is exactly the kind of fire where you'd want something that doesn't put anything into the pan. Now, sound can't cool anything down, so a big fire sitting on red-hot fuel can come right back the second the speaker shuts off. The George Mason guys worried about the same thing in 2015, and it's why this is still a prototype for small flames and the red extinguisher under your sink isn't going anywhere yet. Space might end up being where this matters first. Up there water floats off in blobs, while sound works the same with or without gravity, and acoustics researchers have already published experiments on fighting fires with sound on spacecraft. She's still in high school, and she's already working on a version that spots a fire and puts it out by itself. The gold in Indonesia also came with a special award that gets her into another international competition.

In 1947 the US government banned arms shipments to Palestine. People shipped them anyway. The FBI arrested four men when mislabeled explosives turned up on a Jersey City pier, and another group smuggled 30 aircraft out of Florida and got fined for it; one of those men later built Israel's aircraft industry and got a pardon from Bill Clinton. The files also describe the ADL, the group that says it fights antisemitism, getting hold of private Arab League papers in New York through a reporter. The biggest detail is a name: Isaiah Kenen. In 1951 he told the Justice Department his first client would be the Israeli government and agreed to register as a foreign agent, which is the legal requirement for anyone working for a foreign country inside the US. Kenen then founded AIPAC, the most powerful pro-Israel group in Washington, which has never registered that way. It says it represents Americans, not Israel. So why does a 75-year-old archive land now? Because AIPAC changed its money rules last week to make its donations harder to trace, because the ADL's own chief brags about 40 analysts watching Americans who protest the war, and because Congress is voting right now on a bill to share more US intelligence with Israel. 🗳️ The Democratic Socialists of America is launching a national campaign for an arms embargo on Israel, built on organizing workers, unions and communities to choke off weapons shipments at strategic points rather than waiting for Washington. The campaign's first targets include United Airlines, which DSA says moved nearly 3,000 military shipments to Tel Aviv through US hubs between June 2025 and March 2026, and Elbit Systems of America, the US arm of Israel's largest weapons maker, now rebranded as Twenty-Six Defense. The national launch builds on New York City DSA's "Break the Chain" campaign, which has spent months organizing workers at JFK Airport to refuse to handle military cargo bound for Israel. DSA is set to hold a webinar Thursday to the effort.
