What a beautiful video. A mother and calf fell into a water tank. Both were rescued but during rescue the calf got separated from mother. Kurseong division staff brilliantly tracked the mother. It took 7 hours but they reunited them. Reaction of mother in last !! Gods work.

I'm very very sad tonight. I just learned that Stephen Biesty passed away in 2024 at 63... He is one of my favorite artist. Rest in peace.

Wiener was part of a campaign to fire/silence Pro-Palestinian academics. He’s a McCarthyite smear artist on Israel and left-liberals should reject him on principle.
We have two good candidates for Congress in San Francisco, but I'm voting for @Scott_Wiener. He's been a tireless fighter for the city, first as a supervisor and then in the State Senate. He takes climate change and clean energy seriously, and he's focused on bringing down costs for Californians.

there’s something icky about “wifeguys” it’s a neutered label, “ooooo will you look at the time it’s grill o’clock” quirk chungus 4hl, somewhat impotent/unambitious — a man who hasn’t fully integrated his capacity for violence; repressed the primacy of the relationship to the wife-mother in his identity betrays a certain lack of camaraderie with other men. having a wife shouldn’t be the most interesting thing about you

This is Connie Chan, Congressional candidate, and this is Connie Chan, partner at Anderseen-Horowitz, and this is a fucking racist idiot who can't tell the difference. Racist people are generally stupid but this is another level. Scott's campaign hires the worst people.

Governor Gavin Newsom, San Francisco's former mayor, has endorsed Mayor Daniel Lurie's charter measures. Those measures would make it harder to put measures on the ballot and increase the mayor's power, among other changes. via @io_y_g missionlocal.org/2026/10/san…

Don't forget he also popularized the concepts of exploded view drawings of mechanical inventions and anatomy. He also painted what is considered to be the first true landscape painting. He called himself a discipline of experience. And he wrote backwards in a mirror script.
Leonardo da Vinci created the first ever "satellite view" map in 1502 of Imola, Italy. He did this by manually measuring the angles and distance of every corner on every building in the city.
Community note
Leonardo’s 1502 Imola map was not the first overhead city plan. The Forma Urbis of Rome, made in 203–211 CE, mapped every building’s ground plan at 1:240 scale. Leonardo’s work was a surveyed Renaissance plan, but calling it the first “satellite view” is inaccurate. formaurbis.stanford.edu/docs/FURmap.ht… rct.uk/collection/912

This is where they botched the calculus: Maximizing Curry would have lead to some shallow seasons ahead, but that’s where they’re going anyway … without maximizing the greatest player in franchise history. The pain is coming no matter what. They punted on one last chance, to end the Curry era, without a chance.
Steve Kerr has a message for Warriors fans, per @loganmmurdock “Our fan base might have been thrilled if we had traded five firsts and two of our better players for one of the big fish. They might have been happy for a year and they might have been miserable for the next decade if it backfired.” 😬

Wait until you realize the raptors wanted Kuminga in 2023 for OG and the warriors said hell no. They played Anthony lamb and DiVincenzo at the 3 that year
So the Warriors traded Jonathan Kuminga for NOTHING
