Superunit just released their findings after testing four different text-to-speech models to see which was able to resolve the most calls.
Here are the results from testing 19,363 randomized employment verification calls:
- Bland Speech v3: 4.19% first-call completions
- MiniMax: 3.33% first-call completions
- Deepgram Flux: 3.30% first-call completions
- Deepgram Aura 2: 3.21% first-call completions
Bland returned a 27% relative lift, resulting in Superunit making Speech v3 their default model for all future calls.
