Weekend Card: Team Rocket’s Mewtwo ex, SIR One of our favorite cards from “Eternal Heroes”. Illustrated by the legendary Pokémon TCG artist Mitsuhiro Arita, the man who drew Base Set Charizard in 1999. Do you actually know Mewtwo’s tragic origin?

Man going through this lore is making me very nostalgic. my bones hurt 🥹 My favorite ever since my early yrs with Pokemon and given one of the most moving origin stories told among the legendaries, which is a shame to not be initially known by many in the west.
