“In a reanalysis of published data and in an independent cohort, after adjustment for multiple confounders, SARS-CoV-2 mRNA vaccination did not improve immunotherapy-related survival in patients with cancer.” “Together, these findings indicate that the previously reported vaccination survival advantage is largely explained by selection bias, with patients who had more favorable prognoses more likely to receive the SARS-CoV-2 vaccination, particularly in the early pandemic.” aacrjournals.org/cancerdisco… @weldeiry @RobertKennedyJr @VPrasadMDMPH @NIHDirector_Jay @jsm2334

Thanks for sharing. The Nature paper from 2025 showed clearly that the Covid mRNA vaccines increase tumor PD-L1 which is an immune evasion tumor promoting effect. I’ve been saying that publicly since then. The 2025 Nature paper’s discussion was very lacking in limitations or much more than promoting the vaccines.

Not just that, a number of papers taken together demonstrate concerning synergistic effects on cancer risk associated with the COVID spike-inducing vaccines. arkmedic.info/p/philadelphia…

mRNA COVID shots raise tumor PD-L1 (immune evasion, tumor-promoting per Nature 2025), and after bias adjustment show no immunotherapy survival benefit. Nuvaxovid’s Matrix-M does the opposite: drives CD8+ T cells via lysosomal permeabilization and cross-presentation—the cellular response that kills tumors. That’s why top biopharmas have MTAs testing it in cancer vaccines. Nuvaxovid was buried bc it was in the financial interest of regulators and NIH grantees. No royalties from Novavax. Pfizer/BioNTech and Moderna paid NIH $791.5M and $400M, and Penn got $1.6–2B. Novavax: $0.

I would expect increased ICI efficacy if PD-L1 expression increased, not a null or negative effect...
